Energess Resources provides the perspective of a petroleum engineer with over 15 of experience in oil and gas operations, primarily as a production engineer and field-level supervisor. The author has experience in multiple asset types including multiple shale basins, offshore deepwater, enhanced oil recovery (EOR), and coalbed methane.

The goal of Energess Resources is to provide objective, actionable company-level analysis for investors looking to better understand the energy sector. Analysis will focus on fundamentals with a focus on valuation, capital and operational efficiency, asset quality, and shareholder alignment. Coverage focuses on E&P and royalty companies in the United States and Canada, staying current with quarterly results and key developments.
